Planned pricing: Starting at $79–$139 per month + a one-time $99 new patient intake fee.

Pricing and enrollment details will be confirmed when the practice opens to new patients.

Weight Loss Program

Evidence-based weight management with a focus on safety, metabolic health, and realistic goals.
Available as part of DPC membership or as a stand-alone option.

Weight Loss Only – No Direct Primary Care: Planned at $149 per month (medications not included).
